Canadian and U.S orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Australian orders usually take 7–14 business days. All items are made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

Outside of these regions? Reach out to us directly and and we'll help arrange international shipping. 

Yes! We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Shipping rates and eligibility will automatically appear at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days, please contact us at info@staytoastyapparel.com.

Yes! Our site automatically detects your location and shows prices in your currency. 

Yes! Every Stay Toasty item is printed on demand when you place your order. This means less waste and a fresher product made just for you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which produces vibrant, high-quality prints that are soft to the touch and built to last through many washes.

Graphic Tees: We print on the Bella+Canvas 3001 — a premium unisex jersey tee made from 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. It's incredibly soft with a classic fit, side-seamed construction, and shoulder taping for durability.

Hoodies: Our hoodies use the Lane Seven LS14001 — a medium-heavy (8.25 oz) three-panel fleece hoodie made from 80% combed ring-spun cotton and 20% recycled polyester. It features a soft fleece interior, double-needle stitching on all seams, flat drawstrings with metal grommets, and a kangaroo pocket. The 100% cotton exterior makes it perfect for bold, vibrant prints. Runs true to size with under 5% shrinkage.

To keep your prints looking fresh: wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry on low or hang dry, and avoid ironing directly on the print. Following these steps will help your gear last for years.

Since all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we'll make it right — just contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we're unable to offer size exchanges. We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.
